Warranty policy

Rase Wear offers a 12-month warranty on all products sold.

This warranty covers all manufacturing and workmanship defects. It is up to Rase Wear to decide whether the damage is covered by the warranty.

Rase Wear will only authorize warranty claims on products purchased directly from the Rase Wear website or from an official reseller.

The 12-month warranty period does not apply to watch batteries. A 6-month warranty applies for this.

For the aforementioned guarantee period, Rase Wear is responsible for replacing or reimbursing the purchased product. Rase Wear is not possible

be held liable for any other damage, such as special or incidental damage resulting from the use of Rase Wear products.

If a product is replaced within the warranty, the start date of the warranty period remains the date of purchase of the original product.

We will discuss the reason for your warranty claim with you.

We will then decide whether your product is eligible for a warranty claim.

Put the return shipment in a letterbox along the road. Is the shipment too large? Then you must return it with parcel post.

You bear the risk of the return shipment if it is lost.

The item is as far as possible in original condition and original packaging.
