We will discuss with you the reason for your return shipment.

Then we will decide whether your order is eligible for a return shipment.

When sending, make sure your own address is no longer visible and that you frank the return shipment sufficiently. Send it to the following address:

Do the return shipment in a letterbox along the way. Is the shipment too large? Then you must return it with parcel post.

Are you returning from Belgium? Then it goes through the post office. Return conditions

You bear the risk of the return shipment in the event that this search is lost.

The products will be returned within the 30-day trial period, which starts on the day after receipt of your item (s).

The item is in original condition and original packaging as far as possible.



Not all products can be returned. The following products are not covered by the 30-day trial period:

Personalized items.

Items that are damaged or incomplete, without our fault.

Items of products whose packaging is not present or (seriously) damaged.

Items that can not be returned for hygienic reasons, such as caps that are no longer in good condition.


Return costs

At the shipping of your products is free, you pay no shipping costs.

The costs for returning are however at your own expense.
